Notice for NPIT Election and AGM Agenda Exciting times are ahead as Ngāti Paoa gears up for an important election on Friday 10 November 2023, to choose seven new Trustees who will play a pivotal role in shaping our future as an Iwi. The response to the call for nominations was positive, with 13 candidates stepping forward to offer their service and expertise. The candidates represent a diverse range of skills and experience, with a shared commitment to the betterment of our iwi. Nominations for seven (7) trustees closed at 5pm on Friday 15 September 2023.

As there are more candidates than there are vacancies to be filled, notice is given that an election will be held between the listed candidates on Friday 10 November 2023. As a registered member of Ngāti Paoa, your voice matters.
Voting will be conducted through both postal and online ballots, to ensure accessibility for all. From Monday 9 October 2023, you will receive your voting documents by mail and email.
The deadline for voting is 5 pm on 10 November 2023. If voting by post, make sure your documents are postmarked by this date. Special voting for Ngāti Paoa who are not yet formally registered will be available by emailing info@electionservices.co.nz, or phoning 0800 922 822 from Monday 9 October 2023.
Please note you may only vote once, even if you receive voting papers both electronically and by post.

Annual General Meeting - Notice and Agenda An Annual General Meeting of Adult Registered Members of the Ngāti Paoa Iwi Trust will be held at 10am on Sunday 26 November 2023 at the Auckland Old Boys R.F.C club rooms, 22-50 Dunkirk Road, Panmure, Auckland.
