Kia ora whanau, On Saturday August 6th, along with an update on our Treaty Settlements, our friends from the SEED programme will be holding the 2nd hui that will feedback the DRAFT roadmap to Ngaati Paoa. Our first hui was held in late June, where our whanau gave input into projects that we felt would create a positive future for Ngaati Paoa. Since that time, the team has been working on assessing those options and now it is time for them to feed back the draft plan. Please share with this with your whanau, as this is the chance for us to have input and help us to achieve our dreams - Paoa ki tua o te pae o Matariki! See below for agenda and details;

Healthy Families - $10 fruit and veges The Healthy Families MMP team have been getting $10 packs of fruit and veges from this awesome social enterprise: https://www.foodtogether.co.nz/ They deliver to the Healthy Families MMP office every Tuesday. You just need to place your order before Monday 8.30am and they’ll drop it off J The cool thing is that they provide fundraising opportunities/work for local clubs and groups, so out south Mangere East Hawkes pack everything for a percentage of the cost of the pack. Not only are you getting some fresh fruit and veges, you’re supporting our local clubs as well! All you need to do is order online and let me know, so I can bring your pack over from the Healthy Families office on Tuesday afternoon. Or you can get the food delivered directly to your house. We’re trying to build up demand in the south, so it’d be awesome if you just got it delivered to work.
